To me I would probably still call this “not wild” since the lichens are presumably in the exact location that you intended (by moving the rock). This seems analogous to me to taking a plant in the wild, and putting it in one’s yard/garden (which would definitely be cultivated). If the lichen moved off the rock/reproduced, I would call it wild.
