A stunning looking streaked rattlepod, which is not native to Pune. I may be wrong, but I think it’s invasive as well. The one in the photo was rather lonely, with no flowering plants beside it and it stood out in a nice contrasting manner.

Got an ID for this lichenicolous fungus I saw back in May 2025. Erythricium aurantiacum on Physcia aipolia.
