I know that project, but then the question still extends to the Observation Field of that project; it is considered then leucistic or other?
If your purpose is to be able to label observations so that you or other local users can find them, I see no reason why you couldn’t use the Spanish term you are familiar with. There is no requirement that observation fields or projects be in English. (It might cause a bit of confusion if you use such a field for observations by users who don’t speak Spanish or in non-Spanish-speaking countries, but there is technically no reason why you could not do so.)

Of course I have them currently tagged in spanish, but that does limit the reach to Spanish speakers by a lot, that is why I am searching for a term that most people on iNat can understand and use.
