I would say quality over quantity, hundred pictures sounds like a little bit too much if you’re shooting one bird and it’s not some excellent conditions where you’re trying to create a masterpiece. :D I know some people just hope to get a good shot by just non-stop holding the button, of course all photos can’t turn out great, but this approach also can actually lead to no good pictures at all or loosing the best possible one.
