A red-banded transparent shrimp and a mystery I found today: arthropod or drop of resin?

Just remembered that I dipped this one up at night while night lighting plankton. About 1.5cm in size. One user so far has suggested it is Genus Doliolula. So far since Nov 2020 the only iNat observation of this genus if so. https://inaturalist.ca/observations/65873611
