Using the iNaturalist Explore filters, there appears to be a place defined for Paris (maybe too narrowly for your needs…) EDIT: The next larger place you could use is Île-de-France (place_id=10577).
Adding some parameters to exclude captive/cultivated observations (that have been marked as such), exclude observations with geoprivacy set, and limit accuracy to within 1/2 km, yields the following search URL:
You can zoom in on this map to see where there are concentrations of existing observations, which may guide you toward or away from those areas as you prefer… And you can adjust the accuracy threshold as you see fit.
