I came to iNat because people said it would help with IDing the things I find, but it seems I have more research to do. At least I am being directed to research sources.

Although the Forum is not really the place for ID’s, there is a ‘Leaderboard’ for most species and higher groupings. Consulting those folks is often a good way to get advice. My main interest is Noctuid moths (mainly Canada), so if you need help in that respect, feel free to contact me. Depending upon your interests, you will develop an informal network
