I hope this isn’t too much of a digression, but I didn’t realize notes were uploaded to GBIF, and now I’m paranoid about what I’ve been using notes for. I found a forum discussion ( https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/tags-and-notes-what-and-why/66369 ) that indicates I’m generally following the intended use (e.g. this one), but I’ve also sometimes included things that, for instance, I intended as an apology to the IDers, but would be useless for GBIF (e.g. this one).
In the interests of GBIFers, should I be more careful with my notes?
