Entomologist and naturalist in western Canada - I do forest biodiversity work, species inventories, beetle and moth identifications, and curate a medium-sized collection. I’ve compiled and published lists of Lepidoptera of the provinces and territories of Canada, and I’m working on a revised checklist of Lepidoptera of the Nearctic region. I’m pretty familiar with Lepidoptera taxonomy and nomenclature. In my spare time I like to explore nature, focusing more on the little things than the conspicuous megafauna.
