I’ve been teaching ecology and environmental science since 1998 first with college students but mostly (since 2002) with grade school and high school students.

My passion is teaching the young ones- immersing them in nature as much as I can. I believe that this is the key towards making any conservation effort truly sustainable. If you make the young ones more aware of our environment, you will foster in them a love for nature and with that love, a fierce desire to protect the beloved.

I’ve been teaching in a school for the past 15 years. The Holistic Education and Development Center (HEDCen) is a small, not-for-profit, private institution in the boundaries of Antipolo and Taytay, Rizal. It caters to preschool all the way to senior high and the school motto of Better People, Better Earth fits my passion perfectly.
