I am a semi-retired MD physician with an MPH and a PhD in Public Health, started submitting iNaturalist observations in 2021 when taking Botany courses online. I am looking for opportunities to learn more about plant/fungus/lichen identification and population surveys. I am hoping to develop research skills in data collection, species verification, and statistical analysis. Also hoping to contribute to ongoing research studies and to provide useful information to state, local, and national parks as a volunteer.
