Studying Biology in Graz, Austria

I’m fascinated by all sorts of animals but I’m most interested in birds and reptiles in Europe, Cetacea and Selachii around the globe, as well as fishes in European freshwaters and all kinds of marine life in the Mediterranean Sea.
Trying to get an overview of European Mantodea and Orthoptera at the moment.
Additionally I’m trying to get to know more about some other groups on the side, some of which being Scarabidae, Lucanidae, Collembola and Isopoda.

I also try raising awareness of nature among children and young people and sparking their enthusiasm for the environment and environmental protection, primarily through my work with the ÖNJ (“Österreichische Naturschutzjugend” - Austrian Nature Conservation Youth).

I particularly enjoy exploring nature with my camera in order to document the beauty and diversity of the different lifeforms I encounter :)
