possumpete
Environmental educator along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria Australia. Studied ringtail possums at the end of my science degree, which was a great nocturnal year of zen sitting in the forest - not really, it was Murphy’s law and I was lucky to hand anything in at the end of it. However the positives were I was saved from a life of biological research (no offence to the legendary bio. researchers out there) and it did give me a cache of valuable stories to engage groups with, which is what I am currently writing a thesis on, switching field to the humanities.
Currently obsessed with the nocturnal lepidoptera - moths - for me they represent the pinnacle of accessible biological diversity at a home location.
