I’m an emeritus research scientist with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. I studied American black bears and polar bears from 1989-2016. My graduate work was on behaviour of snapping turtles (M.Sc.) and population dynamics of snapping turtles (Ph.D.).
