1,000,000th taxa record added to iNat database

Perhaps as a challenge (say a blog post on the site), the site could provide some stats breakdown on how the taxonomic data is split (level, family etc)

i tried to do quick breakdown (https://jumear.github.io/stirfry/iNat_taxon_counts_by_rank.html, adapted from https://jumear.github.io/stirfry/iNat_obs_counts_by_iconic_taxa.html), but the taxon search endpoint in the API doesn’t count above 10,000. so then i think that means only someone who can directly query the database from the back end will be able to break things down.
