Automatically marking as casual

I’m not sure what is going on here. I saw a King Fern deep in a gully, near a reserve and a known botanic garden, but far enough away and in such an inaccessible place that it seems to be a wild specimen. iNaturalist automatically marked it as casual, and the iNaturalist account marked it as “Not wild” in the bottom section.

Why did this happen? How can I figure out why it was marked as non-wild?

From the documentation: iNaturalist will automatically mark as cultivated an observation where at least 80% of the observations of that species in the vicinity have been marked as cultivated.

Is there a way to then specify that this is actually a wild specimen?

Yes, just add your own countervote to the observation
