Batch editing observation-field on others observations?

Following on from this thread, I’m comfortable editing my own observations.

I wanted to know if it’s possible to add an observation field to a set of observations that meet a certain criterion, but which aren’t our own observations ?

In my case, for example, i would like to add the observation field ‘OpenStreetMap (OSM)’ = ‘https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/353469160’ (field info) to the observations from this search.

Is this possible via the web app, or do we need to use the API for this?

At present, only these observations have this field.
