Best Macro Lens for EOS R7?

Best under 500NZ (close to 500 aud)? If you’re willing use an EF - RF adapter then this is my list of recommendations:
All second hand.

  • Sigma 105mm EX DG OS HSM Macro
  • Tamron 90mm Di Macro 1:1 VC USD SP
  • Sigma 150mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM APO Macro
  • Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM
  • I don’t really recommend extension tubes as they are a bit of a pain (used them for about a year).
  • The Laowa lenses are good but manual aperture will probably be annoying.
