Don’t know if I’m supposed to even be in here but I wanted to let someone know that Homo sapiens is listed as a similar species to Lepus californicus ( black-tailed jackrabbit). LOL
I don’t think it’s a topic for curators, common misids are listed at that page, I’m sure there’re many cases of wrong ids that make humans appear there.

Yes, the species that appear on the Similar Species tab are determined by the collective community ID history for a species, and are nothing that curators have any special ability to control. So I’ll go ahead and close this topic.
In general, if you see something on iNaturalist that needs curator attention, go to the page for that species, Flag for Curation on the right-hand side, and describe what needs to be addressed and why.
