i don’t know how Google Maps chooses to display boundaries / bounding box or not, but you can see the bounding box by using the tool referenced in this post: https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/using-town-boundary-and-not-zip-code-to-show-place/21932/4.
the boundaries for the Google location probably are sourced from the building outline (for the lodge) in OSM: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/219557915. so i’m just guessing, but if you want changes in Google, it’s probably fastest to make the changes (or create a place to reflect the whole property) in OSM (first).
