The taxon change from Brassica / Rhamphospermum to Mutarda seems premature.
It is apparently based on:
D. A. German. “Critical notes on Cruciferae.” Turczaninowia, volume 25, number 2, page 56.
German’s suggestion does not appear to have been adopted by the larger botanical community.
World Flora Online and Jepson’s e-Flora, among others, remain that Brassica nigra is a valid name.
It would be best to flag the genus or tribe and discuss this with the curators and other users involved in the changes.
