Hello. I am planning on hosting a bioblitz event using iNaturalist in the next few weeks. It is geared towards community members who do not have/use iNaturalist and teach them how to use the app/make observations. I was wondering can multiple people upload an observation of the same individual as long as they are taking different photos? Or can only one person in the group upload the photo? I worry that if only one person is allowed to upload the observation then people will get less practice using the app and then the event won’t be as effective as it could be.

Yup! iNat observations record encounters with organisms (or recent evidence of organisms).

Yes, but it would be helpful to clarify that each observer needs to upload their own photo. Sharing photos is not great from a copyright point of view.
