Do you mean an “identification”? If so, ID help is meant for the main iNaturalist website. This forum is meant for discussion about iNaturalist and Nature in general.

All joking aside, I’m not actually sure what an identification certificate is. Did you mean can we provide some official documentation as to the identity of the snail? I have not heard of such a thing.

Welcome ton the iNat Forum, and cool snails! By Identification Certificate, are you asking for help to get the observation to Research Grade? Like a few people have said here already, the community forum isn’t the best place to get ID help, but there are a lot of people who love identifying a specific species or even larger groups of organisms.
