Can't Add Additional Plant Phenology Annotations If Already Marked as No Flowers/Fruits

Pretty much what the title says — I noticed that if I annotate a plant observation with “No Flowers or Fruits”, the other options for budding/flowering/fruiting disappear. That’s fine, but the problem is that if someone else marks an observation as no flowers/fruits and I want to disagree with that and add a budding/flowering/fruiting annotation, there’s no option available anymore. Could the option for other annotations be added back even if an observation is already marked as no flowers/fruits (maybe only if someone disagrees)? I think the same is true for the option “No live leaves.”

Edit: As an example here’s an observation of mine where I marked it as no flowers/fruits: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/198362137
