This observation still has Bird as the title rather than reflecting the suggestions of 2 experienced with IDs. Does the original poster have some sort of power in spite of only 15 observations or is this a glitch? Thanks

iNat requires over 2/3 of the identifications to agree before the top changes. Experience of the identifier is not taken into account.
