Created project for neighborhood park - it's not including all observations

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here. I wanted to create a project including all observations made by anyone within a very small neighborhood pocket park, which already exists in iNat as a place.

https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/life-in-julian-abele-park

However, this project is only showing 40 observations - and I know there should be hundreds within the park boundaries. I’ve made most of those myself (but there are other observations by others that fall within the park boundaries.)

Some observations I made with my cell phone but many others I’ve made with camera images that I upload and manually assign a place. The only discrepancy I can think of is that when I created the project, the place name was already in iNaturalist as:
Julian Abele Park, PA, US
and when I manually assign my pinned place, it comes up in my list of pinned places as:
Julian Abele Park, 923 S 22nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19146, USA

The many, many observations that I have manually assigned to this place (with this street address) are not being picked up in my newly created project. But when I zoom in on the map in each of those individual observations, they seem to be in the right spot, in the dead center of the park, so I can’t think of a reason why they wouldn’t be picked up in my search. For instance, this observation:

Help?!?

p.s. I am “bughaven” now on iNaturalist, I’m not sure why this forum still shows me as “anne302” which was my first userid years ago

I was about to say this!

Hi, thanks for the info link. It contains this statement:

This means that if you have a Collection Project for a small place, obscured observations as well as observations made near the edge of the boundary may not be displayed in your project and you may want to consider using a Traditional Project.

But the link to “Traditional Project” is broken. You may want to update the page.

I’m not a staff member, but you can inform them by using the feedback tool at the bottom of any of the Help pages.
