This is not something I have done but a situation which I have observed. An individual has blocked another user on iNaturalist as they do not wish to communicate with them. The blocked individual has created a new account to avoid this and commence contact with them again. Is this allowed? Is it something I should flag?

A sockpuppet account is an additional account set up to evade suspension, circumvent restrictions in functionality, or other forms of bad behavior, like confirming your own identifications.
