It’s happened again. While adding to a new checklist a seemingly unrelated taxon was created three times:
Despite first appearing as ‘ungrafted’ all three were automatically grafted to the same genus:
Similar steps as before: Create new checklist, left click ‘Add Batch’, paste a list of names into the names box on the ‘Add Batch of Taxa’ dialog, next to the first unmatched name click lookup, when the ‘no results’ note appears click 'Search external…"
I created another list shortly after but was unable to replicate the bug.
