I know that the borders of Duitama are wrong in INat, so I asked the Municipal Hall if they could send me a complete map of the Duitama boundaries. And here it is. I don’t know if it can be useful.
Is there any chance you could get the file in a geospatial format? Something like .shp or .kml?
Also, since iNat got the incorrect boundary from GADM, it may also be worthwhile to fix it there.
