Either a bug or a mis-ID: Two species with the same thumbnail in CV suggestion after photo similarity update

On an observation (by @spiphany) of Dicyrtomina sp. the CV results looked like this:

As you can see, the thumbnails for both D. ornata and D. minuta are the same (even after refreshing the page). If I have understood the update correctly, this could be either a bug, or it could be down to a mis-ID.

Related: Is it possible to go to the observation with the thumbnail-photo? This could help in situations like this

I imagine it is the result of this taxon change: https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/617045
e.g., if there are photos that originally were assigned as taxon photos to both Dicyrtomina minuta and Dicyrtomina minuta f. ornata, the latter would presumably have been moved to the taxon photos for Dicyrtomina ornata during the taxon swap.

The images shown by the CV suggestions should be only drawn from taxon photos, which you can edit from the taxon page (to check the current ID, click on the taxon photo to get to the observation page).

(The observation is probably D. ornata, which is the most common species around here; see e.g. this page and this one, but D. minuta is a bit of a mystery to me and I am not confident distinguishing it from juvenile/light D. ornata)
