Fear of poaching as a reason for obscured observations

Some animals in my country are not allowed to be hunted or trapped by law.
But still some people does hunt them,

Can i ask the curators to make all observations of that specific animal to be obscured?
Or my reasoning cannot be as one.

I am curious to know.
