Have you ever appeared in one of your own observations?

I usually have a wallet ruler for sense of scale, but for small sub-millimeter features, like these seeds in photos 4 and 5, had to use my palm for focus.

I’ve used a honeybee for scale here since they are so common and have a consistent size. This only works with flowers though…
