I would like change all my identifications of “Chaga (Inonotus obliquus)” to “Inonotus obliquus sterilis”.
I have already changed my observations by using batch edit.
Is there an easy way to change my identifications? I’d like to be honest and say that I really don’t want to have to change them one by one.

One by one is the only means available. There is no interface to batch edit identifications.

This isn’t possible - you’ll have to go the one-by-one route.
The only time identifications are batch updated are for taxon changes and I don’t think that’d apply in this case.

Just for clarity it is theoretically possible to do via the API. but given that you need to know the identification ID number of each you want to update, I suspect it would take longer to set it up and program than to just do it.
