I started using it last year to keep track of the different species in my native plant pollinator garden. I was amazed at the variety of species I found and documented. I encourage everyone to shrink your lawn and plant a native plant pollinator garden.

Never had a lawn. My garden pollinators are on my iNat.
iNat has given me a greater reason to go outside on a regular basis and learn about the plants and animals around me. Ever since I joined, I’ve become more aware just now many species living near me. I’m also a more avid birder thanks to the information iNat has provided.
