I’m trying to get observation IDs for ones that are not in our project but that meet certain parameters besides just the project terms and rules with a goal of batch adding them to the project. I can craft a url to get the observations that I want but not_in_project does not carry through to export. Any suggestions about how to do this would be very much appreciated.
