I’d be something that burrows… like a honey badger I think !
Maybe a therapy dog… massaging baths… gentle petting… listening to stories read or told… hugs! Being automatically loved and wanted… treats! Car rides!
On selected occasions, when there is reason to suspect that a group might be planning a project that could inflict some manner of serious ecological harm, I would like to be the “fly on the wall” that can secretly overhear the discussion of the plan. That would open the potential to proactively and anonymously report the plan to groups of people who might be able to head off the harm before it occurs.
Which species of fly would be best for the purpose? It might be one that would least likely be noticed or suspected, such as the ubiquitous housefly or a tiny, just barely visible, fruit fly. However, I’d gladly take recommendations from some experts on flies. 
Just make sure no one has a swatter handy. 
Maybe a hoverfly, you can make a quick escape if needed and you will probably be left alone if people mistake you for a bee or wasp.
Most flies don’t hear well. Ormia or Emblemasoma might be options since they have ears.

I would be a jumping spider. I have a hoard of them living in my house, and they are the most adorable and chill creatures!
Obviously a cat. You mean I get to sleep all day and knock things over and humans find it endearing now? Count me in!
Probably an eagle, being both an apex predator and able to fly would be pretty dope
I’d enjoy being some sort of Octopus. I love to swim and I love the water. I swear, take me to a beach or a lake and I already become a totally different person.
Gosh I adore this question!! I’ve spent hours daydreaming about all sorts of creatures or hybrids that I wish I could be growing up. I’d love to be a fox because that body just feels right to me? Not sure how to explain it exactly. But if I were to go based on lifestyle and personality, I’d say an arctic wolf would be amazing :) a lot of my life is built on my social bonds and the love that connects me to them so it just feels natural <3
Other than that, I’d love to be a deer, maned wolf, or hummingbird!!!
Vulture, hands down. Sure, their diet is kinda gross to us humans, but I’m sure all that carrion is delicious to them. I’d get to spend my days riding the thermals and playing a great role in the ecosystem…
