I think making a portable lens that can zoom super far and take good macro shots is difficult or fairly impossible. I know some people add diopters like these to their point and shoot cameras and get pretty great macro shots with them, but having never used one I’m not sure how easy it would be to take it on and off to switch between birds and bugs.
