when i go inat hunting with a friend and we want to add the same observation to our list (different accounts) is that a problem or are there rules to follow for this?
If you both take pics/recordings there is no issue - go for it!
Using other user’s photos with permission is tolerated if done uncommonly, but does cause problems as you can’t upload with copyright to another user. If this done, users should clearly state that they are using someone else’s photos with permission in the notes or a comment.
Why not create a common project instead of using the same account?
