Incorrect scientific name?

Hi, I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place to put this.

I’m uploading pics of 17 year cicadas and I see an entry for both a Magicicada cassinii AND a Magicicada cassini, but to the best of my knowledge the latter isn’t a real species, so I think it’s just a typo of the former.

Magicicada cassini is a complex, not species. But if next time you see a typo - add a flag to that taxon on its page.
