That gives me all of the observations, which I can get the numbers of observations from, but what I’d like ideally is to be able to export something like
Harmonia axyridis 429
Diaprepes abbreviatus 134
etc.
Not a great answer, but: you can hit the API that supplies this data to the web browser. This returns the data in JSON format. The parameters (what comes after the “?”) are mostly the same as in the search URL you posted, plus a “fields” param:
https://api.inaturalist.org/v2/observations/species_counts?taxon_id=47208&nelat=30.587335&nelng=-84.129826&swlat=30.346777&swlng=-84.378008&order=desc&fields=(count%3A!t%2Ctaxon%3A(id%3A!t%2Cname%3A!t))
Hopefully you can use this, or find an easy tool to convert it to CSV.

Try https://kildor.name/inat/species . This will generate the list. Presentation settings on that page includes CSV output. However to get your specific location box you will need to make a place:
https://help.inaturalist.org/en/support/solutions/articles/151000175019-how-to-make-a-place-on-inaturalist
After you make the place you can grab the place ID from the place you created from the URL generated.

I’ve run into this enough times that I’ve build some tools to get the data, at https://ca-plants.github.io/inat-tools/
Like the other suggestions, it doesn’t currently support a rectangular boundary, you need to specify a place. You can get the list for Coleoptera in Leon County, FL at https://ca-plants.github.io/inat-tools/taxa.html#{“f1”:{“place_id”:“175”,“taxon_id”:“47208”}} - there’s a link in the upper right to download as CSV.

the other suggestions do support a rectangular boundary.
Thanks to all of you. I was just trying to give a relatively simple example and one or more of the solutions above should work perfectly. And weird, as I didn’t draw that box; that came from entering Tallahassee, FL in location.

in the website, if the place is not defined within iNaturalist, or if there’s a problem looking up the place in iNaturalist, then you’ll get a bounding box based on a place definition that exists in Google Maps.

Interesting, in part cuz google maps has a much more intricate poly for Tallahassee.

iNat doesn’t currently support query by polygon. your options are by place, by bounding box, and by point and radius.
What I meant was that if it’s pulling from google maps and google maps has a poly that I would have expected it to treat it as a place rather than making a greatest extent box from that poly. Not complainging; just odd to me. Also surprised that no one has uploaded a Tallahassee poly of some sort as a place and I may have to make some sort of hybrid greatest extent poly and upload as a place.

the Google place definition doesn’t live in iNat. so you can’t query by a place that doesn’t exist. it should be easy to make a place for Tallahassee if you want. if the Tallahassee government doesn’t have a KML file available already (or something that can be translated to KML), then you can make one using OpenStreetMap boundaries or US Census boundaries. there are threads in the forum describing how to do that.
Thanks again. Yes, I understand that, but if it’s making a box based upon the google maps poly then in my head it could probably just use the poly. And I’ve used and made polys to create iNat places; I was just surprised no one had made one for Tallahassee.

again, the only way iNat can currently query by a polygon is if the place is created in the system. since Tallahassee doesn’t exist in the system, it falls back to a bounding box based on Google’s place definition.
Not sure why you keep repeating this as I’ve understood this from the first time you said it.

This is a great tool and thanks! I was able to reproduce the results here in a usable format but is there a way to have it output subspecies?

I’m not sure, because iNat itself doesn’t return subspecies, even if you set hrank=subspecies .
