Is it possible to see person flags and lists of unreviewed flags, etc.?
I’m not sure what you mean by “unreviewed” but if you go to inaturalist.org/flags you can see which flags you’ve made and use various filters.

Go to Inaturalist.org/flags and then under the word flagger in the top right click on the text box and enter your Inaturalist username.

Awesome! Thank you so much for the quick response. By unreviewed I meant haven’t been seen by a curator, but seeing it as unresolved essentially solves what I meant.
OK. Yeah, there’s no way to see whether a curator has seen it, only if it has comments or is unresolved.
