Is there an easy way to get a list of taxon IDs from a Guide?

The conservancy for our local park has a number of guides that highlight different categories of plants, animals, and fungi in the park. We’d like to download observations for some of these groups, but it looks like we need to have a list of the taxon IDs for each of those guides, in order to download the observations through the “Export Observations” page. Is there an easy way to get that list?

Is this an iNat guide? Book? Spreadsheet?

you can get these taxa in pages/chunks of 200 taxa.

for example, Native Forbs and Cactuses of Golden Gate Canyon State Park contains 256 taxa. so you’d have to get its taxa in 2 chunks:
