Confirm and agree are near synonyms to me in the context of IDs. I’d find it pretty confusing.

Mention of the use of confirm was with regard to it as a replacement to agree, as discussed on this thread. Not suggesting having both options. …Or am I misunderstanding your comment?

Ah yeah this made it sound like 2 buttons. Accept, agree, confirm all seem too similar to me.
