I’ve noticed several plants that are using names that are not generally accepted in either the Integrated Taxonomic Database or the Plant List (Kew + MoBot). How are you tracking taxons? Can I suggest that you use world flora online which seems to be the most up to date reference?
welcome to the forum :)
iNat uses POWO as its main plant authority (with some deviations). POWO currently lists Anemonastrum canadense as a valid taxon (http://www.plantsoftheworldonline.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:60473574-2). If you think this is incorrect, you can flag the taxon directly at https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/881527 and start a discussion there, provide reasons, etc.
