When we add microorganism observation, photos from microscope, the location and time should base on the infromation from collection or photos from microscope?

They should be from when and where the sample was collected, not when and where the microscope was used. That way the observation represents when a wild organism was collected.

I agree, assuming that the sample is recent (within a day or two of photo?). If the sample is something like pond water that has sat for a few weeks before sampling. The organisms in their may be at different life stages, etc. similar to when an observation has been made of an insect that has changed a life stage, etc., it shouldn’t be marked with the date/time of collection but rather captive in the location where it metamorphosed or whatever.
