Elite Eight starts tomorrow! We are on the downhill slope of this tournament; only one matchup per day until a winner is declared. As a summary of the last round… kestrel practically blowing the blue heron out of the water. Mountain Bluebird beating the flicker by a single vote! A rematch between the Bald Eagle and Northern Saw-whet Owl produced the same result this year. Here’s the matchup tomorrow for early risers:
Pileated Woodpecker
American Kestrel
Oh well, I’m still awake so I’ll vote early. That’s a hard one though!
I guess I prefer American Kestrel.
American Kestrel
It’s 5.00 pm here
Pileated Woodpecker
Pileated Woodpecker
American Kestrel. A buzzer-beater.
Gotta say Pileated Woodpecker in remembrance to the ivory-billed.
Pileated woodpecker
American Kestrel
American Kestrel!
Honestly, this is the reason why I think time doesn’t matter. If I submit the matchups right before I go to bed, 5/6 of the world is already in “tomorrow”. Anyway, today’s matchup:
