Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): At first my indentification vanished, then when reloading there was multiple of the same and I could spam as many of the same as possible. I had to manually delete them.

There is a period after an initial agree before it is committed that the agree button remains active and appears to function as just applying the same ID. There appears to be no mechanism to catch redundancy in that brief time and accidental extra clicks, interface issues, or touchy mouse buttons create these all the time.

Be sure to re-follow and re-review after deleting them, because deleting automatically unfollows and unreviews
