Nature-inspired Comics?

So cute! Is this one you made?

Genius!

No, I have been thinking about making some nature-inspired comics though! I need to find out why my drawing tablet doesn’t work first :-P If I get to making one, this is the first place I’ll post it!

The latest XKCD seems somehow relevant.

Of course, here at iNat, we’re trying to get a map of every tree…with identifications!

So, if you don’t want to be eaten by spiders, stay outside… taking pictures of spiders for iNat.

The alt.txt is what really got me!

“The secret fourth kind is ‘we applied a standard theory to their map of every tree and got some suspicious results’.”

Maybe it’s the way humans walk. So few legs are so weird looking!

Whaat? Humans kill and masticate their food instead of paralyzing it and sucking the juices?

Too relatable.

Hilarious and relatable!

Funny how I didn’t notice the first photo’s watermark immediately but was mildly annoyed by the second one at first glance. When it is a good photo, you look at the bird.

Yeah, I didn’t like the watermarks either, but when I put my art on the internet I always use them. The second watermark is a bit more visible against the picture, I wonder if part of it is the fact that most of the background on that one is black.

That makes sense.

It’s funny, but I often say “Hello, beautiful!” when finding a particular organism. Maybe I’m not the only crazy one.
