Ah! I am both amused and wounded. Mirabilis actually translates from Latin as “wonderful”!

Upvoted for encouraging people to seek out less charismatic wildlife, though the obvious response is that not everyone lives somewhere that has a backyard. I live in an apartment and don’t have one so mothing means taking a bus to somewhere else.
Or leaving a window open and a light on?
Could be inviting more than moths, depending on who your neighbors are. I don’t see raccooning becoming a popular activity, for instance.
