I typed in “va” for vascular plants, and this is what I got!
Love the tree’s revenge one. So true!
No, mainly I’ve thought that they are a sign that someone hasn’t figured out how to turn pages safely. When I see someone sliding their finger along each page as they turn it, I’m surprised they don’t get cut every time.
It’s the tree’s spirit controlling them!
Ah, the classic ‘italiano pizza tree’ (a relative of the spaghetti tree). A rare species, finally allowed to grow in peace. Not only that, but this is the rare extra pepperoni subspecies too!
(pls tell me someone got the spaghetti tree reference. That april fool’s prank deserves to not be forgotten)
“The early bird gets the worm” VS “The second mouse gets the cheese”

Especially now with climate change and less rainfall during growth period, we are seeing a substantial decrease in spaghetti length.
Right now this is compensated for by stretching them right after harvest but that means they can’t sell the bigger numbers anymore as they are getting thinner in the process. And it’s something that only can be taken so far before will see short spaghetti in stores as well.
Imagining being able to do two or three windings around your fork instead of six!
(gasps) THE HORROR!
Oof. The Desmodium in the sheets is too real.
The spaghetti trees is my absolute favourite April fools prank. Great to know there are pizza trees too.
There used to be pasta trees as-well, but they were harvested to extinction in the wild.
And since gnocchi are essentially spaghetti buds, that explains why they’ve been so dificult to find lately!
